How did Gino Terretta win over Marshall Faulk and the insane numbers he put up? You're biased. No shame in admitting that. But to say Brohm's Heisman chances were hurt based on his two picks to Syracuse is Crazy, or maybe crazed.

Maybe because Brohm and others came back they just decided that the SEC, Big Ten and the other teams in the Big East would just lay down and quit. Syracuse is a bad team and so might be Louisville. 30,000 votes on that by the end of the 3rd quarter. I think if you want players to believe in themselves when they're down, seeing fans in the stands always helps. A bit of player discipline which is all coaching helps as well. Coach K was sold as a players coach. What does that mean now? Lack of discipline and preparedness trying to be a nice guy? Maybe Coach K believed the how great art we story also. Tulsa is a different environment as I'm sure he has found out by now.

September 23, 200718 yr I think that is part of the problem.This season is all about Brian and the heck with the team concept.Brian has to get his numbers for the Heisman and they are doing everything to boost them.They are going to have to score more than 35 pts and as good as their offense is supposed to be 35 isn't going to cut it. Heck I may even go to a game now. After watching my huskers the past 3 weeks it would be nice to be reminded of what a defense is supposed to look like. Ive actually been to more UC games then I have NU and UK games combined.
September 24, 200718 yr We really need a few years it looks like to build back a defense and next year we lose a lot on offense, it could be awhile before we see a BCS bowl again. I think that we could pull things together and get to a bowl this year but thing are pretty sad for the Cards right now.
