Chad Johnson's leap into the Dawg Pound

Featured Replies

I'm watching a replay of the Bengals/Browns game and CJ leaped into the Browns crowd after a score. I thought it was pretty funny seeing that they welcomed him by pouring beer on him etc. Anybody else see it? It was funny but dangerous IMO.

He was talking to the two guys that he jumped into before the game.

Trying to make friends so they wouldn't kill him.

That was funny, throwing a $8 beer on a player that makes millions and millions of dollars. Great logic by that guy.

It was funny that the guy threw that beer on him but I do not think it was that dangerous.

I'm surprised he wasn't ejected

Pretty much. He wasn't goin to just jump in there to some people that would rip his helmet off. He's not that stupid. I don't think.

I'm pretty sure that's considered breaking a "Man Law". No matter what the ocasion.

I don't have my handbook open, but I am pretty sure you are right. :thumb:

Who Chad?

The guy who wasted that beer on Chad... Shame on him!

Ocho Cinco's ideas are getting lame-oy. I think it's time to give up the dorky theatrics and just give them a Barry Sanders. Just grow up and show up on Sunday.

No. I don't care how "lame-oy" anything is; Chad being Chad is the best thing for the Bengals and for the league. He is not sacrificing anything with his antics. They actually make him play better. Barry Sanders is Barry Sanders. Chad is Chad. You're not changing either.

He would have been crazy just to jump into the stands at random fans. He picked the "BigDog" and his partner knowing a fan as well known as that guy wouldn't attempt anything malicious.

I had seen him at Kings Island over the summer and he was with a couple other people that I didnt know. He had a bodyguard with him but as me and me wife approached him he was very sincere and funny. Very nice person and makes the game fun.
