When Trinity has a good offense they are always very difficult to beat. If the QB is as good as advertised the other parts are already in order. Trinity rarely loses an opener and I think they have comeback to win the state the last 3 times they did.

Well, based on the year end results of those years we lost the opener, I would much rather lose than win. Even though the players pay for it during practice the following week.

No disrespect to Bowling Green. They are a fine team and will have a very nice year come November. However, BG is NO MBA..... I suspect that might cause a few sparks, Just MHO. Rocks roll in this one...

If there are any cobwebs to shake off, jitters to overcome or problems to fix, that'll all be done by halftime. Rocks take this one, pulling away through the second half.

I will be pulling for the underdog but i never pick against the Shamrocks.

IMO, it's big for BG that this is their second game and only Trinity's first. They say that you make your biggest improvement from week 1 to week 2 and that may keep BG in it...

With the Shamrocks playing on their home turf, this one's a no Brainer. Bowling Green is a well coached team, but overcoming that home field advantage, while not impossible. is highly unlikely.

 

Game Prediction = Trinity by 3 TD's late in the game.

Wasn't very impressed with the 2005 version of BG against LexCath, wasn't very impressed with the 2006 version against CovCath, my guess is that the 2007 version of BG won't impress me against T either...

I really don't think this will be a blow out game. I think BGH will hold thier own. I am not going to make a prediction of the score, however, I am going against the grain and say that BG will win this game. This is not just because they are my team, it is because I really think they will be able to hold thier own!
