Almost looks like Colerain part 2 for the birds. Except Britt has 2 D-1 WR's to pass the ball to. That's something Colerain didn't really have or do.

 

Here is something I found on Shaw I believe this is from the State Championship game as well so I wouldn't call this D a pushover... how does this kid have knee's with these kinda cut back moves? And he took Penn State over Ohio State... BOO!

If you are asking about Highlands JV schedule, we play Withrow on Monday, then Holmes, Dixie, CovCath, Scott, Lex Cath, Scott Co., Beechwood and CovCath again, according to my schedule. We played Ryle last Saturday and beat them either 27 or 21 to zero.

I know we've discussed this before; but what would be the best way to get home (given the Riverfest traffic and closings) after the game? Also, is the game at 3:00 PM?

The game is at 6:00 p.m. We're thinking about taking Columbia pkwy to 52 and then crossing the 275 bridge at Old Coney.

Boy I tell ya, for someone who claims to like Highlands, you sure as heck look for every reason to jam another thorn into their side. I said what I did because that's my opinion and it is a biased one. HHS does not have the luxury of shipping in an entire football team from outside the district like TM sounds like they have done.

 

I look forward to what will be a good game just for the sake of getting out and being in a great facility, with a great crowd, and with what I hope may become a newly started rivalry. Good luck to all participants and those of us spectators on here, BE CAREFUL driving to and from and have a safe labor day weekend with your families.

 

PS- From what I heard by local law enforcement, 471 bridge is not closed so you may take that home birds fans, the only problem is, idiots stop on there to watch fireworks and you could get stuck. 275 sounds like best bet.

Let the kids settle it on the field it will be a great game. I have just been surprised people are picking HHS by 2-3 TD's that's all. I know TM is not a brand name but they can play. Just trying to inform people of that.
