Do you think Baptists will get a bigger mansion?

Featured Replies

Well do you? Do you think Baptists will get the biggest mansions in heaven? How about the Catholics? They're going to live in a hovel right?

You actually think there will be Baptists and Catholics in Heaven?

I am playing nice...

I simply think that anyone who believes they will remain a Baptist or a Catholic or a Charismatic or an Ephesian or a Colossian or a Philippian or a Thessalonian or whatever more than five minutes after they arrive in Heaven doesn't understand Heaven.

No, I will just be happy to be there. I don't think housing will be a major concern. Besides I am a Methodist, I think I'm safe.

This post reminds me of a story: Several people arrive at the pearly gates and are about to take the tour...upon boarding the tour bus,the guide tells them that they may talk as they like, but when they get to stop number 5 the must not even BREATHE.

At stop 5,they stop and notice people mingling and talking, but no one on the bus makes a sound.

Once the tour is over, one person asks the guide.."why could we not talk at stop #5??"

The guide replies..."that is the Baptist area..and they believe they are the only ones here."

Fastbreak has a good point!!! Well said!!

AMEN!! John 14:1-4

We Baptists don't get a mansion in heaven, but we do get a nice ranch style on 5 acres with a satellite dish, pay lake and a full basement with a wide screen TV that gets all the FSN sports channels.

If you Catholics want to come, you got to follow all of them passages that Larry quoted in post #7, but you got to bring your own whiskey.

Don't worry, we'll have the whiskey, the wine, the beer, the best fried fish, and the entertainment over in our God's little acre! :D

Christians will be in heaven.

Along with many other faiths.

Be nice, you will have to be bumming yours off of the Catholics then. :D

No, all Bardstonians are buried with a bottle of bourbon under each arm, so I'm good.

Heaven is for all eternity. Two bottles won't last you a month.
