I guess the Savior comes back and pitches the end of next week then.

This savior?

Bailey had his worst Triple-A start, allowing six earned runs in 3 1/3 innings, as the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees beat the Bats 9-6 before 10,265 fans last night at Louisville Slugger Field.

I hope he can work things out...

That's what a few people referred to him in regards to this team and this franchise. You certainly can't call his career over after just one season, but whether he struggles or does well, that's the nickname I'm going to use.

More than likely we will get a better idea of how good or bad he might be if he plays a full year next year in the majors.

Well, it's bottom of the ninth. Will the 'pen hold onto it for Aaron?

BP had one heck of a game.

That's an understatement. I still contend he should be using Prince's "Baby I'm A Star" as his at-bat music.

He might be the best all around 2nd baseman in the league.

Harang pitches 6 strong for his 10th win. Bullpen closes the door and the offense does its part, nice win.

What record does Harang have to finish the season with to get serious Cy Young consideration. 10-2 presently. Does 18-4 get it? If he goes 20-4?

If he finishes 18-4 or 20-4, he would deserve some serious consideration, because of the Reds poor record I doubt he would win, which isn't fair, but we know how the voting system can be.

:thumb: Very good win alll the way around. The Reds look like they are playing much more "loose" since the manager change. They are actually starting to resemble a baseball team :scared: .

I'll bet Narron is saying something like "Where were all those base hits with risp when I was there"??

Great game for the Reds, Harang pitched great and BP played great. Put up 8 runs with Griff and Ross going 0 for.

He is also curious why the bullpen decides to pick NOW to start holding 6 run leads late in the game.

John Fay of the Post said that if Lohse has a strong outing he will be of interest to teams looking to pick up a pitcher for the stretch run.
