I haven't followed this story very closely at all, but I thought they said something on CNN about them having a surveilance video of Cutts at a bar/resturaunt at the time she went missing? Anyone know anything about that, I only caught the tail end of it.

Probably because he was never acting like a father to that child. He obviously didnt want the little girl in the womb. I m sure he didnt want anything to do with the boy.

:thumb: Absolutely, the officials have said that they are not going to bring the chid's statements "to them" into this. They said that they have enough overwhelming evidence on this guy without it. They have also said that the investigation is far from over. I took that as to mean maybe a 2nd person may be charged with aiding in this - helping to dispose of the body.

 

It really does appear that they have this guy dead to rights.

For anyone who doesn't see the damage that can be done by a bad arrest or indictment just look at this thread. In less then 24 hours the man has already been tried, convicted and executed. I'm not saying the man's innocent BUT arean't all of you that have already signed his execution order doing exactly the same thing that Jackson and Sharpton did to the real Duke victims?

 

Come to think of it where are Jackson and Sharpton in this mess. The victim is white and the accused is black. Who wants to bet if it was reversed they would have been in Canton last week?
