June 13, 200719 yr I don't actually know if I buy this or not. But with the parents saying that he lived in their neighborhood and that the boys recognized the vehicle there may be something to this. Chris Henry is a thug that should not be anywhere in pro football, the Bengals should had cut/released him a long time ago. This is just another chapter in what has become a Bengals joke. They were the laughing stock of the NFL for losing and now they are the laughing stock for being thugs / criminals. I guess those stripes on the uni's are a new design in jail/prison jump suit design now :irked: . HC is correct, about all you can do at this point is laugh. If true we won't have to worry about him being around for a while, I feel for the boys that were beaten and their families.
June 13, 200719 yr  All you can do at this point. I'm convinced this guy could get in trouble if was alone on a deserted island. Makes you want to start a poll / vote on who and how many will be the next Bengals player / players to get into trouble with the law doesn't it? I am a Bengal fan but I must admit it is getting harder and harder to do so.:irked:
June 13, 200719 yr I find it very hard to believe that this could be true....who knows...but man...how weird.
June 13, 200719 yr How can anyone honestly have a hard time believing this is true? Honestly, I'm intrigued...
June 13, 200719 yr I love the bad boy image the team has gotten over the last year.Reminds of the Raiders from their first go round in Oakland. It gives this ultra conservative town something to talk about.
June 13, 200719 yr Cops are calling it "unfounded". Sounds like the complaint is randomly grabbing names off the Bengals police blotter. Reggie McNeil's SUV when Odell gets a DUI, and now he's in the SUV while Chris Henry is allegedly beating someone. Why not just lump Odell into this one too and make some serious money.
June 13, 200719 yr I am one of the first to point fingers when one of the "Queen City Convicts" breaks the law, but can Henry be this stupid????? We will find out as this one and other occurrences (you know there will be more) unfold.

No the cops that matter are not calling it unfounded. I will tell you Reggie and Chris both say they were with each other the night of the offense but beyond that this is an on-going investigation that I have no comment on.

June 14, 200719 yr Author You training for the Public Affairs Division? Or he is taking courses from Billy Donovan. "No Comment" LOL On one hand I wonder why or how anyone would be this stupid, someone who is already being watched for his behavior. But then on the other hand it wouldn't surprise me, but I would think he would be smart enough not to attack a kid.
June 14, 200719 yr I follow the Bengals closely like many on this site, and I know for a fact I couldn't pick Reggie McNeals face in a police lineup. Since the kid lives in the neighborhood he may familiar with Reggie's appearance but still sounds a bit odd, even for a player with CH's reputation.
June 14, 200719 yr I am one of the first to point fingers when one of the "Queen City Convicts" breaks the law, but can Henry be this stupid????? :sssh: :sssh: I don't know if this particular alleged charge is legit or not but.......................Yes, Henry is that Stupid, I think that he has proven that time and time again!
June 14, 200719 yr Do these Bengals do these things BECAUSE they are illegal, or do they just enjoy doing things that happen to be illegal? I'm starting to think that Chris Henry and the rest of these Bengals enjoy breaking the law, for the sake of breaking the law.
