I'm wondering if this is a case of Henry being an easy target to accuse. He has to know that one more charge or even allegation could get him banned for life. Henry can not be that stupid to be part of an assault on someone who knows him and knows he lives in the same neighborhood. Ok, he could be that stupid and has proven to have very poor judgment, but this would be the icing on the cake of stupidity.

Maybe Henry was going to pick up his brother.

Good point. There's the possiblity that he was there. Could be that there was an altercation between his brother and this kid. I don't know, didn't hear this, just thinking out loud, and then typing it so that people can read it.

My only thought is that there has to be some other witnesses to this. Depending on how close it was to Mt. Zion, there's a good amount of traffic on that road, especially at 11:00 on a Friday. Plus, I'm sure Wetherington Blvd gets a good deal of traffic. It sounds like this ordeal lasted a few minutes, so someone had to drive by and see something.

See what happens when I don't add the sarcasm icon?;)

It is a somewhat plausible theory. I believe that everyone knew that it was unfounded, but if you look into it deeper, it could have happened.

Not arguing your theory. Having fun with others.

Looks like the story was fabricated. Reminds me of the Odell allegation, whole lot of smoke but nothing to back up the allegations.

I don't think the story was fabricated, I just think there is some wishful thinking on the part on the victim.

When I can share more I will.

I still believe that this exact story took place...or something not too far off.

And what makes you so sure of that?

I know I starting to feel bad for Chris Henry. Yeah he was an idiot and got in ALOT of trouble there for awhile in a short period of time. But he really has seemed to be out of trouble now for more than a year, yet his name keeps popping up because of what seems like people just wanting him to get in trouble. First the guy saying he failed the drug test and letting it get public, and now it looks like this story was made up...

So for the people wanting Henry off this team, I am sure that they will get their wish as soon as his contract is up, because I find it hard to believe he will want to stay someplace where people now are just trying to find ways to get him in trouble...
