I've never heard of any of these teams, what level is Union at now, by the way good luck to these two players for their future.

These teams play an exciting brand of basketball. All of the teams give their all from the #1 team to the #10 team. In this league being #1 doesn't guarantee you will win the post season tournament. Three teams tied for 1st during the regular season but the 5th ranked team won the post season tournament.

 

I've had the opportunity to talk to many of the coaches, players and fans from the other schools. I've always have been treated with the utmost respect.

 

I really like the idea that after a game win or loose the teams will sometimes gather together at half court for a post game prayer.

Union is Divison 2 in basketball. They are still a member of the Mid-South in football.

He was interested in going to UK, obviously not for basketball, but it was a while ago that I talked to him so who knows now.

I've heard Sharp has shown well in open gym games vs some Norse.

I have heard that as well, I know Sharp as well as Quigley were to play with 8 of NKU's players, but don't know how that went.

I'd say that Hurd will see a good amount of playing time. The center position is where the Bulldogs have been hit the hardest by graduation the past two years.

Brett Miller from Carrollton went to Union (see roster0 but he injured his knee this year and I am not sure when he will get to play again.

I was at the game when Brett injured his knee. I haven't heard how he's doing but at the time it was believed he would need surgery. Not knowing when he'll be back means the Bulldogs need help at the center position in the worst way.
