Imo the ACLU started out to be a very good and needed orginazation, it has now turned into (with the help and encourgement of peole like Jackson, Sharpton and others like T. Kennedy and the Clintons) one of the biggest problems that his country has today. JMO and I am not looking for and will not get into a debate on this (that is why I stay away from the P&R forum ), just stating my opinion as others are entitled to theirs.

That seems to be the case, but other than showing up to support blacks and protesting prejudicial behaviors and actions, I don't know that Jackson has ever proved himself to be a racist. I think that he and Reverand Al both love the attention and the spotlight.

I heard Al Sharpton say that he and Jesse don't automatically run to these situations, but they do answer when their called on by the black community. If someone wants them there, they try to make it. They can't help it that the media follows their every move. Besides, Al is busy beating up Imus right now. :sssh:

You lost a battle to a tribe, you became a slave. You owed a debt, you became a slave. The Africans treated slaves like millionaires compared to what the racist southern white men did.
