Track The Reds...

You know what scares me about Lohse warming up in the bullpen, Milton has to be close to being able to return and the Reds are going to have to make a move about him at that time.

It would be truly a Reds move to move Lohse to the bullpen to help out down there, keep Milton and insert him right back in the starting lineup.:scared:

Certainly would negate ANYTHING the savior does if Milton is going out and stinking it up again. Just let Milton get a broom and clean up the dug out in between innings. Granted he would be the highest paid janitor in history, who cares, at least he wouldn't be costing the Reds anymore games.

Anyone heard any rumors about Dunn being delt? I hear the Dodgers are close to making a deal.

From the article.............

They are one of baseball's most underachieving teams, and a bit of a shakeup could do them good, anyway.

What's to argue??/

Why assume there is something to argue?:sssh: ;)

Just pointing out that one guy's view is that this team has some talent but is not achieving to it's level. That usually means one of two things that can be brought back to the second thing....

1) Players are not motivated to achieve to the best of their ability;

2) Manager is unable to get the players to play hard and to their ability on a consistent basis.

So those are the only two things it can be???

If Reds managment has no plans to keep Dunn beyond this year, then I'm all for trading him, and getting something in return. They better get more than Clay Hensley though. :irked:

I agree,"IF" the Reds don't want him, make a valued trade and not give him away.

Dunn leaving Cincinnati, just doesn't sound or feel right.....

I can imagine Reds fans felt the same way when Casey left. I have never been a die hard fan, but he was the kinda guy you wanted in the clubhouse and on the team. Just never heard a bad thing about him. I really enjoyed watching him play, even if he has less home run power than Mark Grace. :lol:

I can understand the Reds not wanting to mortgage the franchise just to keep him around, but at the same time, you want to get something in return. Pitching would be nice.
