June 10, 200719 yr Sowers shouldn't be allowed back on a major league mound until he gets his act together in AAA. Painful to watch him pitch and I have been pulling for him since he pitched in Vanderbilt. Reds need to tack on another 7-8 runs and maybe put it out of reach.

He looked like someone and I couldn't think of the celebrity name. Now that you mention it, that does sound about right.

June 10, 200719 yr Dick Pole was very upset when Pee wee gave up that bomb. They showed him yelling a couple of inappropriate words to himself in the dugout when the guy hit it. Good ol baseball guy just stood there with a blank look on his face like maybe he has seen that happen a time or two before.

I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt considered how much better he has played since he got back. The botched double play ball was much worse, but it is what it is, they just cannot seem to solve the 8th inning nightmare.

June 10, 200719 yr I have to start paying closer attention when Hopper or Phillips is at the plate because the whole time Im watching Norris Hoppers really long at bat Im thinking its Phillips but wasnt really paying attention either. Then he walks and the next batter is Phillips. I was like hey wasnt he just batting?
