You can't have the 8 spot in the order as an automatic out. Right now 6 of 27 outs are guaranteed...

I don't think you are giving Ross enough credit. He proved the other night that he can make 3 outs on a single at-bat.:D

Pretty normal operating procedure for Narron to sit Jr on a day game after a night game, isn't it?

Interesting that Jr and Dunn are out of the lineup.

Ross HR??? :scared:

2-0 Reds. Gonzalez tripled (en fuego) and Ross homered. My feet are getting cold...the road is icing up....

Last time Dunn and Griff were out at the same time was August of '05 and Dontrelle was on the bump.

I thought he was an automatic out.:p

LBBC carrying the torch for the guy hitting .125 -- good choice, he HAS to get better from here. The odds are you'll look smart. ;):D

I do agree that Javy shouldn't play catcher more than once or twice a week.

The original line-up had Griffey in it, the revised one didn't. Perhaps Narron changed his mind, perhaps not.

Tuesday the Reds scored 10 runs and Narron ran the exact same lineup out there on Wednesday.

If this lineup wins and scores 6-7 runs, will Narron start the same lineup in Pittsburgh on friday?

Yes I know that it is somewhat taboo to quote one's self, however, I have given HSSB such grief over time with regards to his avatar jinx, that perhaps I now have something similar. And if I'm able to use it as in this case in the reverse, look at the possibilities.
