That wouldn't have locked up any recruits!!!

No criminal activity and minor NCAA violation. Slap on the wrist at most if the UC handles it properly. No big deal to me; high school football player going to check out a university, going to a college party, getting a little brew, checking out a chick, going to the red light district. No wrongdoing on UC's part to me.

 

This should be taken VERY seriously and I'm sure it will be.

If a H.S. recruit was underage and having sex while on a UC recruiting trip..yeah! That is a big problem.

 

Obviously the H.S. kid is under the legal drinking age.

IF this kid was drinking while on an official UC recruiting trip, that is a big problem.

 

A possible MINOR videotaped having sex, possibly coerced to having sex, doing it under the influence and then having it distributed on a sex tape while on an UC recruiting trip...... Dude,that is wrongdoing at it's finest example.

 

Don't be surprised if parental legal action occurs if this is true.
