Maybe I am blind but I can't see that he did anything except push through a crowd running at him?

You have to wait till the end and look at white lines on the left!

Ok. Still I think he may have been pushed alittle. He may have been in a bad mood and then felt threatened and just reacted poorly. Very poorly, mind you. But he may have indeed felt provoked and reacted in instinct.

That is not how anyone should act no matter what anyone said.

Given the place, and situation maybe...but I can be provoked just as well as you....you can't blanket anthing like that.

The kid was running right past him. He sucker-punched him in the back of the head, and the guy fell forward. How could he have felt threatened if the guy was running past him and he hit him from behind?

The kid did not run right past him, he ran right into him. Still no excuse to haul off and jack somebody, but there was some provocation.

^ Not really...I feel that it was a complete accident.

The guy who got punched was definitely in a suit... Don't think it was a student.

A bunch of drunk wild college kids is never an easy thing to handle after a game, especially an upset. Its the ones who don't know how to handle the emotions that gives us the positives/negatives resulting from instances like this.

Seems pretty classless to me, I'd probably expect that from someone who can be a teammate of Noah's....

I don't think the kid ran into him on purpose either. But there was contact, and the punch was thrown in frustration. Still not excusable.

Someone else stated that he punched someone who was running past, which was not the case.

I didn't mean to sound as if I was justifying the action.

Looks to me like he got a pretty good shove from the guy, not that it warrants him laying him out, but still. They shouldn't be there. I would suspend him a game, and move on.

Wha?? Maybe you push somebody off you in frustration, but he nailed they guy. No excuse EVER for that. NCAA, SEC, and UF all better be working on a suspension.

He'd be suspended if he'd hit another player, why should it be different for hitting someone else?
