I think Bracken County has to try and get Brian Kirk. You aren’t going to find many people who have experience, are a certified teacher, and are local.

I’ve heard there were several other off court issues as well. I don’t know who they hire, but I expect Owens Crawford and Robert Myrick to be in the mix for this if they don’t get the Mason job.

A week in and this one has been pretty quiet

I’m going to assume if Mason is looking outside for their hire, you will probably see one of their assistants go for this. Maybe even Brian Kirk.

Hinson has already been to Bracken and Kirk has already been to Augusta, don't see it happening again.

Hinson is far too sharp to consider that move ever.  Bracken sure churns through coaches.

I was thinking Kirk and Crawford to Augusta. Hinson to Mason. Bracken will be whoever they can get.

Bracken County has had three coaches in 11 seasons.  Jason Hinson 2015-2020, Adam Reed 2021-2023, Terry King 2024-2026.

Never going to happen.

Interesting that you picked 11. Because if you go further back, what happens? Historically, no coach has been there for more than 4-5 years. That's a pretty good churn rate.

I don’t think 4-5 years is out of the ordinary. Schools with three or more coaches in the last 10 seasons:

Calvary Christian, Bishop Brossart, Pendleton County, Robertson County, Nicholas County, Harrison County, Augusta, St. Patrick, Bracken County, Paris, Bourbon County, Montgomery County.
