February 8, 200719 yr There are several big matchups in this game. But the 1 I am the most concerned with is Corey Brewer. I think if we can check Brewer it would be huge for us. Id kindof like to see us put Jasper on Brewer and Crawford on Humphrey. Also, we must do a much better job this year defending the pick and roll. I had nightmares last year with them wearing us out on that!

If Bradley and Crawford are hitting their threes, and Meeks plays well, Kentucky can win this one. Kentucky 82 Florida 75 Crawford: 23 pts. 5-6 three-points. Bradley: 18 pts. 7 assists. Morris: Double-double. 18 & 11. Meeks: 16 pts. 8 rebounds. 4 assists. Jasper: 12 pts. 6 assists. Bradley on Green. Crawford on Humphery. Jasper on Brewer. Stevenson/Perry/Thomas on Noah. Morris/Orbzut on Horford. The rest, just evenly spread.
February 8, 200719 yr Our perimeter guys might match theirs, but they probably aren't going to outplay them by much if any...and the frontline is a nightmare. We can't match Noah and Horford both, and we have no one who can match up with Brewer. If you have to double off of Green or Humphrey they'll light you up...doubling off of Noah or Horford would likely open up a lot of offensive rebounding for the Gators, similar to last year. I don't see this one being much different, unless Florida comes out flat.

February 8, 200719 yr Kentucky 82 Florida 77 Cats win an extremely intense and competitive game. Rupp will be rockin', and I think the threes will be falling for Bradley, Crawford, Meeks, and the rest of the Big Blue. Florida is a very good basketball team, but I think UK will play there best game of the year and get a huge win for the program.
February 9, 200719 yr Bobby Perry has to come out and play like he did against USC.THe Cats need some strong minutes from Sheray Thomas and Meeks.Morris has to play smart and stay out of foul trouble.Bradley also has to play smart by taking good shots,not the one's from NBA 3 Point land. No prediction from me I just hope that the Cats play the best they are capable of,Win or Lose.

February 9, 200719 yr UK hasn't got "soundly" beat by anyone this year, except for Memphis (UNC didn't soundly beat us, IMO). UK will be in this one to the finish. The game will be decided by 5 points, now which team wins, that I can't tell you, because I don't even know myself.
