In Indianapolis to call the Colts game this weekend, Mark Sanchez was rushed to the hospital after being stabbed early Saturday morning. 

Early reports thanked those that took care of him and asked for privacy for him and his family.

Skip ahead to this afternoon he has now been arrested. Evidently he was inebriated and got into it with a door dash driver. Sanchez by all reports was the aggressor. The driver attempted to pepper spray him but it didn't work, so he ended up pulling a knife to protect himself. At this point no arrest of the driver is expected. 

No matter the final outcome here what a disaster for Sanchez.

So, and I maybe completely wrong, but I assume that Sanchez is staying in a hotel while in Indy for work...How can he be sure who can park where in the city?  I mean maybe he was just being beligerent for other reasons (AKA alcohol) but that story just makes no sense to me.

The only thing I could come up with was maybe the Door Dash guy parked and blocked a car Sanchez was involved with.

He's now facing felony assault charges for attacking the 69 year old driver.  WTH happened to cause this to begin, let alone escalate to this?

It wasn't a door dasher. It was a truck driver picking up grease from what I have read.

Have to think alcohol played a role here, and maybe even narcotics. Maybe even CTE? Does Sanchez have any history of trouble? Such a strange story all around. 

I would think Sanchez may be looking for a new job and that the 69 year old grease truck driver may be announcing his retirement after the financial settlement. Heard today Sanchez was running sprints(at 1 am) and asked the guy to move his truck. The guy refused and Sanchez tried to convince him to do so physically. You can't make this type of stuff up, correct?

Hmmmmmm?  CTE is something I had not considered.  Does one run sprints after over-embiding?  So many confusing results vs causes.
