Final 85-65 Duke wins.

Just a reminder that the two games tomorrow are back on CBS and not TBS as tonight's were. The tip times are 2:20pm for the Tennessee vs. Houston game and 5:05pm for the Michigan State vs. Auburn game.

Duke is looking really strong.  Their length gave Alabama a lot of problems.  I think Tennessee and Houston can defend Duke well enough, but I doubt if either of them can put up enough points.

I remember when players were tall instead of long. 

Duke has already beaten Auburn, granted it was a home game but the Devils have improved drastically since the Cats beat them in the Champions Classic. I can’t see Tennessee playing them close. I can see MSU and Houston slowing them down but Duke would have to have a poor shooting night to lose to those two. Florida has a real chance, but they need to start fast, they’ve started real slow the last two games.

Houston off to an early start in this one up 4-0 with 2 minutes into the game.

Houston off to a great start and the Vols are ice cold. The Cougars led 9-2 at the under 16 timeout. By ice cold they are 1-5 from the floor 0-3 from 3 and 0-2 from the line. Actually 0-3 from the line counting the lane violation on Houston. lol

19-6 Houston over UT, ouch!

Houston leads the Vols 19-6 their largest lead of the game. The Vols are struggling shooting the ball as the Cougars are playing a lot better defense than they saw on Friday night. There is 9:29 left in the half.

My goodness Tennessee is 2-15 and 0-9 from 3 with 3 turnovers.

Houston now leads 22-8 at the under 8 media timeout.

Houston is on a 7-0 run since the last timeout and now led 29-8. This game is about to get out of hand if it is not already. The Vols have given up 8 offensive rebounds so far.

A shame Kentucky couldn't have done this to Tennessee, but as long as someone does it and prolongs their misery of never making the Final Four, it works for me.

This does reinforce to me that Kentucky really wasn't going to have much of a shot to get to the Final Four, even if they'd beaten UT.

Tennessee is 0-14 from 3 and 5-25 overall from the field.
