How did we get blowout like this?

The NFL only allows a handful of teams to even make the playoffs.

The entire thing is reseeded after each round.

The best teams get byes and home games only.

I've read for years that those things would put a near end to  blowouts in the playoffs....hmmm.

(Tongue firmly in cheek)

Because the refs/NFL finally stopped cheating!

  • The boss loves it.   For my part, there is nothing more sleep-inducing than watching cars drive around in circles or ovals.   Except watching cars practicing driving around in circles and ovals.

  • Philly front 4 should have won the MVP.   I love Jalen Hurts and I am glad to see him win the big one.  I thought he was all class in College and I think he continues that persona in the NFL.  I

Reid wasn’t willing to change his game plan.  Seven designed runs against a team that allowed more rush yards than pass yards. One screen pass.

I don't have to look at his college numbers when Alabama was vastly superior to anyone they played. They were dominating despite Hurts, this is not a secret. Heck, go look back at threads on here. There was a lot more, "Hurts needs to be a WR or RB talk" than "Hurts is destined for QB greatness" talk (because it doesn't exist). Dude was benched in a title game and played a hybrid role his last year in Tuscaloosa. Not a traditional resume builder for an NFL QB, let alone a Super Bowl MVP.

Obviously, he was tremendous at OU, but that's not what I'm talking about.

I guess same could have been said about Brady, nothing he did in college could make you'd think he'd be great later.

A lot of great NFL QBs didn't look like world beaters in college I agree.

But Hurts wasn't a million to one shot as you said. Kid always had talent and ability.

It made it really difficult with the Chiefs not able to block the 4 man rush. Linebackers were freed up to hit gaps on runs and cover backs out of the backfield.

Just remember that as bad of a night as the Chiefs are having, it’s not as bad as Drake’s.

Has Drake responded and is Drake under investigation?  I haven't followed it.

I was being hyperbolic for effect ?.

I am not sure anyone thought the guy would continue on as a QB in his college career and his only pro-shot would be as a RB or WR. Kudos to the Eagles for not giving up on him and building their offense accordingly.

You haven't followed the Kendrick Lamar vs. Drake beef? It is tremendous drama!

Drake has tried responding legally, but whatever street cred he had (little to begin with) has been cast into the ethers.

In general terms I knew there was a beef but singers/rappers beef a lot with each other and I only care about the music and not the noise.

I hear you. I normally do not get caught up in it all and don't understand what is happening with this silly stuff, but this one transcended pop culture, ultimately culminating with the hardest of hitting dis tracks becoming mainstream and being recognized as song of the year. It has been around eight months of Drake's grave being trampled on. To add, Serena Williams was on stage last night dancing to it. Serena is Drake's ex.
