Chris Cook is one of the finest young men I have been privileged to know.  Great family and very deep footprints throughout the St. Henry programs.

I would think a 3-7 record for a 1st year team would be exciting start for the program.  An absolute ton of program experience in that schedule, especially these last 4 district games.  Go Cru!

I won’t make a pick in this game but I do think it will be a very exciting opening game.

I don’t see Holy Cross being better than either Boone or Brossart. So I definitely disagree there.

So is your implication that a bad loss to a team one year means you shouldn't probably project a win over that same team the following year? Because if so imma need to remember that for the SK threads.

I don't think a team will do very good their first year. Far as SK the goal is to win every game. So what's your point?

I never said it wasn't.  I just don't see them beating a team like HC.

When you say a team like HC, are you expecting more out of Holy Cross this year? Last year they won 3 games - one win was over a winless team, one was over a 1 win team and the last win was over a team that won 3 games.
