Well I can tell you for sure that I don't have any special privileges in terms of access on Arbiter, so it sounds like there must be some kind of error somewhere in the process. I know when I access Arbiter through the app on my phone things work a little differently than they do when I access via desktop computer (as I am currently). I added a link to the roster I was viewing in my post above. Maybe give that a look now and see if it pulls up for you?
