Probably a meaningless outcome for the Bengals considering Kansas City has nothing to gain by beating Denver and allowing their nemesis Joe Burrow into the playoffs.  If this game has seeding implications for the Steelers then they will win….simple as that.   D has no tricks left to pull this one out.

While you are probably right that the Chiefs will be resting guys. The guys that do play like Wentz and others are still playing for future jobs, and will play hard to try to win. Not to mention the Chiefs maybe would want the Bengals to make it, because they could possibly knock off the one team that beat them this year in the Bills.

As for the Steelers, I would assume the Bengals will actually try to defend the dump off pass to the RB this time. The Steelers will still score some, but I doubt they score as much as the first game. So just will depend on Burrow having to be great again and scoring a lot of points.

Burrow needs 359 yards to hit 5000 on the season.  That would be a first for the Bengals.  42 TDs and only 8 ints.  He's put up MVP numbers and won't get a sniff for the award.  I think he goes out this season with a bang.  Bengals win.  But will miss the playoffs because Denver wins as well.

The slow start and terrible loss to the Patriots is why Cincy probably misses the playoffs.

That was a horrible loss for sure. However, they have so many games this year where they should have won but didn’t. The Chiefs game, missed field goal to win it against the Ravens, missed field goals against the Chargers, missed two point conversion against the Ravens.  It’s been a wild year for sure. Hopefully it gets even wilder by them somehow making the playoffs.

If they beat New England and Baltimore in one of the two we wouldn’t be in this position. I know it was week one but I was concerned after the loss to New England.

Pittsburgh has been slipping the past couple weeks or so but I’m sure Tomlinson will have them fired up to play at home after getting beat as badly as they did by Kansas City.

The Bengals are also going to come to play too, especially the offense. Should be a very good game. And if the Bengals win and all else happens necessary for them to make the playoffs, Burrow will get MVP. However, I don’t think it will happen. There’s no way Denver is losing to the Chiefs without their starters playing.

Fifteen times in NFL history a QB has thrown for 5,000+ yards. Drew Brees did it 5 times. Brady and Mahomes have done it twice.

If Burrow can get 2 more TD passes, he will be in the top 10 single season passing TD's.
