Yes, but they will be fine. The murmurs I heard from nearby fans was more concerned with QB play. But the Geo kid apparently was getting burnt throughout the day on D.

The Pulaski QB was impressive, he was checking down his options and throwing accurately.  If their OL is good, they could be a problem this season!

It wasn't just the Geo, it was the both that played that side.  But I think they will be okay once the season begins.  Both kid will step it up and play better.

I feel like Collins’ qb does not get enough recognition. Kid is going to be a sophomore. Can absolutely sling the rock and runs like a gazelle.

Some of us Highlands fans were saying the same thing. He throws a nice long ball effortlessly. His receivers dropped a few they should have had. He’ll be very good for them for the next several years. That’s a great luxury these days.

For sure! I don't know the players by face or name myself, except for Quisenberry. The group I was seated near, and talking with, said "Geo" after most of the blown coverages. I'm just going off what names they were saying.

Kade is solid.  He played in the Adidas freshman all-American game & it’s easy to see why.  Potential to be a national level recruit.  KY has 4 kids in the 2027 class that could end up being national level recruits which doesn’t happen often.

Pulaski’s OL should be pretty good, but young.

Pulaski ousted Boyle and Douglass in succession...

Pulaski went 0-1-2 in pool play.  Got better as the day went obviously.

It's just 7 on 7 but I think Travis Burns is going to do well at Pulaski.

Hazard 1-1-1 in pool play. Lost 16-14 to Somerset, Beat Taylor County and Tied with West Carter. After that lost to Corbin by a touchdown.

That’s not bad, Corbin was good today and gave the Champs everything they wanted in the quarter finals. Hazard must be pretty good to hang with them.

I hope that’s what that means. But Hazard was very young last season and only lost 2 seniors from last year. They also added a good freshman class coming in, and it helps to add a 6ft 6 kid who set out all last year who I thought might play before the playoffs. Hazard also had a kid grow 6inch over the year who was about 5,4 during football season in 2023. Hazard should have a very good set of wideouts to throw to season. Hazard will need good line play for a successful season. But it seems like the kids are responding to the new coach.
