I just saw a couple interesting facts I did not realize about UConn and Blue Blood status (I say they are already and without a doubt with a win tonight). Fact 1 a win tonight will make UConn's all-time record in the National Championship game at 6-0. Fact 2 if UConn wins tonight most know it will be their 6th title in the last 25 years (actually 24 with no 2020 tournament) what I did not realize none of the so called blue bloods (Kentucky, UCLA, North Carolina, Duke, Kansas and Indiana) not only have none of these 6 programs won 6 titles in the last 25 years they have not won 6 titles in the last 50 years.

Is this the first time since the early 1980s that the Championship game isn't on CBS?

No I think it was TBS two years ago they have been alternating the past few years between CBS and TBS.

I am so impressed Edey tonight, wow. 

And this is a great game so far. 

30-25 UConn at the under 4 timeout. Purdue has 5 turnovers they will need to cut those down to have a shot I think.

Edey is the best player on the floor at this point. I still think the rest of UConn is better than Purdue’s rest outside of Edey. If Edey becomes more limited with touches, I can see this getting further away for Purdue more easily.

UConn leads 36-30 at the half. In their last 45 games that they have led at the half they are 45-0. That is not good news for Purdue.
