 💯 Correct, Coach Young got Story on the ropes and got exactly what he wanted, Whitaker wide open and bang it was over. X and O’s won that game. DCA had no clue what to do with the pressure on. Press break looked very weak. Kudos to Somerset for playing hard.

Turned it off when DCA was up 9 with less than a minute left then saw the updates on here it was in OT. What a melt down.

Somerset vs PC for region championship!! That gym will be electric tomorrow.  When was last time Somerset won the region?

Somerset was down 9 in regulation with 1:00 to go. Actually had 3 free throws to win at the end but hit 2 of 3 to send to OT. BTW how much pressure was on freshman Josh Lewis on those three free throws? Missed the first which added even more pressure then calmly knocked down the last two!

1985, I was a freshman manager on that team.  We lost to Owensboro Apollo and Rex Chapman in the first round of the Sweet 16.

DCA was up 7 with around 46 seconds to go. Melt down is an under statement. They missed some free throws, but coaching, man. Obviously one team in this game has went over late game situations, and one team hasn’t. And that one team, is going to the championship. Coaching matters people. Oh, and Whitaker is a stone cold killer.

Maybe Coach Story should watch Coach Inmon and take a couple lessons on how to use your post players.

Free throws is what it boils down to. They make 20% in the last minute and DCA wins no issue. Great job by the Jumpers to not quit.
