If you’re LCA do you call the coach down the road in Danville at DCA Shaun Busick? Guy has won over 500 games in his career and just won back to back 12th region championships. I’m sure LCA pays a lot more and a lot bigger school than DCA.

I believe what I heard was Graham Domidion’s stat line tonight was 10 points, 9 assists, 8 rebounds, 4 steals and 0 turnovers. Pretty efficient game for a sophomore in a regional semifinal.

I think Southwestern and DCA win tonight to setup a final four of West/Boyle and Southwestern/DCA. Honestly, I think Boyle gets to the finals. Crazy to say, but they are playing well at the right time and are SUPER physical, bodes well with 11th region officials that let them play.

If you had a draft and could only pick seniors from the 12th region, and you got the first pick in the draft, who are you taking? Your answer is who should win the award. I’m taking the 6’ 10” kid that shoots 40% from 3PT range and 80% from the line. Absher and Phillips are GREAT players, that I absolutely love watching, too. This region has a lot of talented coaches and kids, and whoever wins will be deserving. But, nobody really cares who wins that award, it’s who goes to Rupp is what is to be remembered!

Final from Richmond. Great Crossing led by 14 at half time, but Central storms back to win a great game. Feldhaus and Burton had 20 a piece for Central. Orem had 22 for Great Crossing. Really good January game.

Once again, I never said he deserved it. I said coaches LIKE him, or that was my intention. So let me rephrase, a coach over .500 who does more with less.

I wouldn’t expect you to understand what I’m talking about. He has 5 wins because the school down the road has two of his kids. That’s neither here nor there. I didn’t say he was coach of the year, I said folks like him. Just like Coach Davis, who is great at doing more with less.
