I will be making the 100-mile trip to Northern Ky for the 9th region tonight! What are everyone's thoughts?

Sunday is the day worth making a trip for. Final 4 should be LLoyd vs Newport. Cooper vs CovCath. Won't find a better final four in the state.

@FatNate I will be there on Sunday as well. I will argue that the 7th region Semi Finals will be just as good or better with St. X - Eastern and Trinity - Male or Manual.

11th Frederick Douglass- Lex. Catholic and Great Crossing - Madison Southern and also the 6th DeSales- Fairdale and Evangel Christian - Jeffersontown also are both very good.

Should be some good games, you are dedicated high school fan, I will be on the floor before the games handing out the basketballs, stop by and say hello.

One bench player did not dress for district final.  Only dress 9.

This is a question that I’ve never really had answered. If you know a team is only so many guys deep, why not attack their best players 1-9, in that order and get them in foul trouble? Obviously way easier said than done, but I’ve never gotten an answer other than, that’s a good way to lose the game quickly. In a situation where you’re outmatched before tip off why not try? I’m 100% in the Larry Bird style of using the head fake, up and under etc to draw fouls or create open passing lanes and shots. It takes extreme patience by the players but it can be done.
