Gorgeous 32 yard touchdown pass from Sage Dawson to Quisenberry. Tough to defend that one for any team. Wow.

Corbin going to hang a State Runner-Up banner if Boyle beats CovCath by a wider margin than they beat the Red Hounds?  Such a fascination with "the 4A championship was played last week".

What does it say about the quality in Western Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky since Cov Cath beat those teams on the way to the title game?

Conversely, I would contend that this game is pointing out the level that Boyle County (and Corbin) have been playing at in comparison to the entire rest of the state.

False start on Boyle on the PAT.

I think it would be hard to argue that Cov Cath wasn’t the class of NKY (please don’t say Cooper without looking at the comparative scores) and they are getting demolished.

LCA hung with Boyle, so did Corbin. So it’s not like NOBODY could do it.

Will be interesting to see how Cooper fares against BG tomorrow.

PAT is good.

Rebels lead Covington Catholic 41-0 with 6:56 left in 4Q.

Clock is running.

Incomplete deep shot intended for Noah Johnson. Overthrown ball.

3rd and 10 Cov Cath on their own 25 yard line.

I was advocating a few weeks ago that Corbin was the #2 team in the state and I feel even better about that after this game. Corbin had a chance to win that game and no one else was even close to doing that against the Rebels this year.

Pass intended for Braylon Miller is low. Miller almost ends up with it as he dives. Incomplete pass.

4th and 10 Colonels on their own 25 yard line.

Goodnight Irene.

Colonels go for it. Pitzer is sacked.

Covington Catholic turns over on downs.

1st and 10 Boyle County on the Cov Cath 21 yard line.

What’s scary is Boyle only has 9 seniors on the team.  They will be better next year.
