Corbin going to hang a State Runner-Up banner if Boyle beats CovCath by a wider margin than they beat the Red Hounds?  Such a fascination with "the 4A championship was played last week".

What does it say about the quality in Western Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky since Cov Cath beat those teams on the way to the title game?

Conversely, I would contend that this game is pointing out the level that Boyle County (and Corbin) have been playing at in comparison to the entire rest of the state.

I think that was a great statement by color man Freddy Maggard said about Boyle Co. "They are just a machine".

I'll assume Boyle doesn't run a QB draw here.

This discussion actually more interesting than the game at this point so let me add in public schools Scott County and Franklin County.

So in my mind, I would consider those Central KY and separate from Lexington. I think Lexington, Louisville, CKY, NKY, WKY, and EKY are the areas that could be compared against each other. Scott County and Franklin County seem comparable to Dixie Heights and Highlands, good teams but ultimately not champions, and an area should be headlined by their champions (if they have any).

Avery Bodner run.

4th and 3 Rebels on their own 45.

Quisenberry in an empty backfield runs left for a first down.

1st and 10 Rebels on the Cov Cath 49.

Avery Bodner runs for a 14 yard first down.

1st and 10 Boyle County on the Cov Cath 35 yard line.

Avery Bodner runs left. Stopped for a short gain by Braylon Miller and Owen Leen.

2nd and 7 Boyle on the Cov Cath 32.

Thought this would be a closer game but these things happen.    A lot of good teams have been CCH's position.

Well said. Cov Cath probably beats 99% of the teams in Kentucky, and Boyle is probably the only one that can truly dominate them like this.
