Just finished watching.  Sick to my stomach for my bud Drew!  Austin should have saved his buddy.  No one even had mentioned Austin, he was safe.  I know he would have kicked himself if he got blindsided and its always so easy to say this knowing that fact that he was perfectly safe.  But man.....going to miss Drew!  And yes I am in the camp of Austin needs to run fast away from Dee.....not cool at all.  Women, urg!

Katurah  and Jake can’t win immunity. Julie, maybe. Jake’s idol is good. He could use it to stay safe or save someone at the next tribal. That gets him to 4. Can he win at fire making?  Don’t think so. Julie wins if she takes Katurah and Jake.  Dee seems determined to take Julie and Austin. I would be scared to take them, so maybe that move is bold. I’m waiting for Austin’s reaction to Dee’s vote. Either Dee or Austin will win the next two immunities. Who would Dee pick to start fire?  I think she takes Julie and has Austin make fire with Jake. 

I think if Julie makes the finals, as of now she wins.

If Austin makes it, without Julie, he wins I feel.

If Dee makes it without the two above, I think she wins.

Katurah is much more likable than Jake, so if by some miracle it those two I think she'd win.

I feel like this season flew by. We got the Finale tonight!

They gotta vote Dee out. She's probably gonna be able to sucker Austin back in though.

I agree! I also feel like this is one of those seasons that started bad pre merge but the post merge has been great!

If she suckers Austin back in, she deserves the win.

Refresh my memory on idols. Does Jake have to play his idol at 5? I think he does.

Jake and Austin need to play the idols at round of 5.  So unless they do something odd they should slide into round of 4.  So one of the women go.  If your in it to win it needs to be Dee or Julie.  They seem to be favorites.

Sorry, forgot.  He had to use in round of 6.  Even though he was not at risk I forgot he played it.

But now he has one! Happy for him. Will he wise up and talk strategy with Jake? They need to vote out Dee but Austin will probably target Julie.

Jake fumbled the trible.  As soon as he tells Austin he lost a great opportunity. 

He could have done a good rope-a-dope and lured all the votes to him and he could have gotten what he wanted. 

Now that final immunity is done I think we have a winner at this point.

Never think you have a winner. Stupid things happen with Survivor juries. It is almost to the point that I just want to stop watching after the fire making. Everything after that becomes stupid baloney and sob stories.

Whew! Thank goodness Katurah lost that fire challenge. She was one of those players that has no business winning that would have talked her way into votes. I am good with Dee or Austin winning. They both have played well enough to deserve it.

Happy for Jake that he had that moment in the fire challenge.

I really think this cast was pretty weak in regards to "players", except for Dee.

I disagree. Good cast. Most of the jury played hard and tried to make moves. Even the carry along player Jake tried hard. He was just inept in so many ways. But for a player you want to sit with in the final 3 - dude won a challenge, won the advantage over the other final 5 for the last challenge, worked strategy and moves as much as anyone and beat Katurah handily in the fire challenge. That was the worst player in the merge group.
