January 15, 200719 yr http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2731688 Obviously it won't be official until Brian says it, but that's what they're saying.... Courier-Journal Link: http://www.courier-journal.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070115/SPORTS02/70115038/1002/SPORTS
January 15, 200719 yr CJ ESPN I would guess that would anwswer that. Of course both sources have been wrong before...
January 15, 200719 yr I hope that he does return, I don't like to see any kid leave the college game early although with all the $$$ I can see why they do. I don't know about the CJ but it is no secret that espn has been wrong before.
January 15, 200719 yr I'll wait to hear it from brian, but it appears that I was wr...., wr...ooo, wron..., wrooon... wrong. It hurts to post it, but I'm sure it is the right move. Good luck Brian, win the Heisman.
January 15, 200719 yr I just noticed that the article by the CJ was written by Jody Demling, so it is pretty much a lock to be accurate.
January 15, 200719 yr Author I feel the same way I felt about Leinart coming back, but it worked for him, hopefully it will work for Brian. No more injuries please!
January 15, 200719 yr Well, thats definitely good news for the UofL Football program. I wish him a healthy senior season.
January 15, 200719 yr I have never been so excited...it really shows the character of Brian, and now watch the team unite for a championship run.
January 15, 200719 yr CJ ESPN I would guess that would anwswer that. Of course both sources have been wrong before... I agree, but I have never known Jody to report the wrong thing.
January 15, 200719 yr I agree, but I have never known Jody to report the wrong thing.Yeah that is why I posted the second post!:thumb: Jody is the man!
January 15, 200719 yr This decision really did not surprise me. I figured he would come back, now that the deal was made and everyone still on the staff. Im sure he wants to be a college graduate as well...... NFL will have a draft in 2008.... He will be on the list then. Good Luck next year and hope he can achieve everything he is returning for.... Go Cards...
