While I agree these 4 teams will be good again next year but I’m curious who comes into 2A next year as the realignment is upon us.

I would not have gone for 2 if I was Mayfield. Beechwood's defense had stopped them too many times in short yardage plays to take that risk. Mayfield has a very reliable kicker. Today was a fluke for him. 

We win as team, we lose as team. It’s that simple. 

I have zero rings in everything except marriage and that was bc I paid my father in law for my wife. My opinion in high school is to dial up the best 3 yard play you have and go for two if need be. I’d trust the judgment by Coach Morris in this situation.

Great game by both! Two classy programs! Congrats to Mayfield for a great season! Congrats to Beechwood on bringing home the hardware again for #17!! Love being a Tiger!!

I have heard there could be a chance Pikeville would be moving up. 

Beechwood's last four titles have been decided by special teams play.
