In the west BG gets Ohio, then South Warren.  They would most likely host South Oldham in round 3.

Owensboro gets Christian, Greenwood then would host Fairdale.

Greenwood or South Warren could win round 2 but to me BG and Owensboro come out of the West.

‘The east has several teams that could make noise:  FD, Scott County, Highlands, Woodford , Southwestern, CovCath.  Ultimately I don’t see anyone stopping Freddie to the semis, the other from the east is up for grabs.  Should be interesting games.

How do you feel about Fairdale? They forfeited that Covid year playoff to you guys and they had a similar record then. Are they a paper tiger, or are they a threat? Their schedule is certainly doo doo...

Haven’t seen them but the last 2 times we played them it was a blowout.  Getting past Greenwood will be a bigger game for O.  The way Owensboro’s defense is playing, they will be a tough out.  Offense will be fine.

Those last two wins for Scott County were very good wins - Ballard and Lexington Catholic.

Massive Round 2 game between Douglas and Cov. Cath. I’m gonna be the bold predictor… Cov. Cath beats Douglas.

I was thinking last night that both Highlands and Cov Cath have chances at Douglass. IMO I think they can play Douglass better than Boyle did. Boyle still really good, but not as good as last years Boyle team

No they do not have a chance whatsoever. Cov Cath overall skill speed way down and Highlands does not match up physically in any of the 22 positions.
