I think BG can manage to capitalize on 2 big plays for the TDs and possibly a FG since their kicker is very good.  I however don’t have confidence in their ability to stop X’s rushing attack.  Just to add a bit of detail to my prediction.

Bowling Green is 21st in 5A in rushing defense. St. X rotates 3 running backs so they stay fresh. St. X should have good sucess running the ball. If Bowling Green stacks the box then St. X has good enough passing offense to move the sticks.

If Bowling Green has better offense than all the Kentucky teams St. X has played then I think they can score 14. I'll go with St. X 28-14.

I completely agree with this.

X-28 BG-14

I’m a self confessed Purples guy and I know X is the real deal. 

But….

I think Deuce Bailey finds some receivers for a couple of Purples TDs and I think we get a rushing TD or two as well. 
 

I’m really looking forward to seeing how this plays out. Hoping X wins 6A and hoping Purples has some success in the end zone a few drives!  

Calpreps has it St. X 28-17. 
 

Massey has it St. X 34-14.

Miguel Montano had fly paper hands. I was a WR with him and saw him make unbelievable catches in practice and games. He went on to have great career with U of L.

St. Xavier 111.39 Bowling Green 101.89

BG QB reminds me a lot of Scooter Hollis. It will be interesting to see what the X defense does to confuse him.
