I think that’s exactly what it means Tilghman is just not very good.  I mean it was pretty easy to spot.

They had them #1 even after Mayfield beat them. I guess their not good at evaluating teams?

I agree that Beechwood is not as good as "we" thought either but I still think they are the best team in 2A right now.

Hmm, I disagree. I think it's a mad scramble. After last night I think Mayfield or even which ever LCA team shows up can beat Beechwood. Beechwood ain't got a QB. Relying on strictly a running game isn't going to do it.

That’s fair.

South Warren is Boyle county in the west. I don’t see anyone in 3A hanging with them. Their just that good. It’s testament to Paducah defense after the picks that kept it from a running clock. Both Paducah and Mayfield will have a descent chance to make a good run.

A lot of it will depend on who is healthy when the combination of Beechwood/LCA/Mayfield mix it up.

In fact, the same thing might happen this week in the 2A poll. I could see Beechwood staying #1 in 2A despite the loss to Cov Cath. Cov Cath has been improving every week and they looked lights out last night. The Colonels are a serious threat in 5A. Colonels are ranked #5 in the entire state now on calpreps.com.

All I’ve heard is how PT was the favorite to win 3A. They seem to struggle to score against good teams I think they better start worrying about winning the district because Union is no joke. I think at this time if PT were to get past Union they would get roughed up by CAL but that’s at this time there is a lot of season left.

I'm sure they will. But they are not the clear favorite. 

PT is extremely talented, but have to get all the pieces to gel at the right time. Right now, they just aren’t clicking.
Mayfield is very good, but lack a big line that can control the line of scrimmage and consistently to run the football. If Starks gets hurt or is still hurt from last week, they don’t have a back anywhere close to what he brings to the table.
Mayfield isn’t unbeatable, and would have there hands full with Beechwood or LCA, and not sure they beat OCath. The teams in 2A after those 4 would need those teams to still have injuries to the guys they have out now to beat them, or I believe that. I hope those young men get healthy, but if they don’t, it opens 2A into a free for all. 
Cal looks to be the class of 3a, and have looked great against good teams.
