I'm hearing from a reliable source it's 142 yards.  Kuntz with 5,633 and Cam Racke is right behind him at 5,622. Chase has 5,491 after last week.

Don't know the history well enough (NKY transplant) to guess who is, but Kuntz sure could sling the rock and Racke was a very good dual threat QB like Crone.

Same here. I know Chad Lawrence was pretty good too, but from what I know about SK's history prior to my arrival to the area in the late 90's, Kuntz has to be near or at the top of the list. He had a very nice career at Thomas More after graduating as well.

I take Chad Lawrence over those three and it isn't close for me. Lawrence was QB for SK in their 2008 title game. He was QB in playoff wins over Male and Manual. He rushed and passed for 370 yards in a 2009 loss to eventual state champion St. Xavier. His three years are IMO the greatest 3 years in SK history. Lawrence was a winner.

He is on the Pioneers side line coaching for them now.

I can't argue too much with that pick. Lawrence did benefit from having Miles Simpson in the backfield, but Lawrence was an absolute gamer. I do believe Kuntz was the better pure QB, but I can't totally disagree with Lawrence at the top. I do think though, it's much closer, and wouldn't say that Lawrence was way better than Kuntz.

Food for thought. Kuntz had an incredible senior season. Lawrence threw for more yards and rushed for more yards in his senior season than Kuntz did in his senior season.

Yes. He threw over 30 TD passes and only 1 INT. He also completed over 69% of his passes.

And that brings me to a job that you are just the man for. Going by the stats on KHSAA scoreboard, Kuntz should be listed in the KHSAA state records for completion percent in a season. The cut off is 65% and I  calculate his at 69% in 2013.
