Which one do you say?

"K-H-S-A-A"

"K-H-S-Double-A"

I've always said it "K-H-S-A-A-" but from tuning in to a lot of the Board Of Control meetings, I've been surprised how many folks say it "K-H-S-Double-A." I could be wrong, but it seems like a lot of the folks from around Lexington and Central Kentucky who bring the dubs.

I’ve literally never heard “double a” for it. Which is funny because I never hear N-C-A-A.

Well that kind of supports my position that it's the folks from around Central Kentucky saying "double a"...because coming from NKY originally, I don't know that I ever heard it from anyone around there, and after 9 years in Louisville I can't think of a time where I ever heard anyone from here call it that either.

I am always a K-H-S-A-A and almost always a N-C-Double-A.

Me too. K-H-S-Double-A just doesn’t sound right.?

I've used both but probably say KHSAA more than the double A.

K-H-S-A-A

KHS Double A just doesn't roll off the tongue right.

No. I found it online and borrowed it. I have worked my entire career like you in Construction in Lexington mainly but all over the state and other states. I enjoy the outside. So at work, hunting, fishing or watching a ballgame, those type of sky’s usually has some good memories. It’s also a handy work of the artist high in the sky! 

Double A for sure.

I do that on occasion too.
