Get rid of Bylaw 16. Parent, coach, teacher, organization..... don't have rules you can't enforce.

Yes. It stinks. But, the KHSAA does not have the resources to enforce Bylaw 16. Turn everyone loose and let them go like crazy. 

The transparency will be better than we have now. 

I don't like it. I am an old coach and hope to coach again. But, you have to adjust to the times and the environment.

And.... sounds naive, but redo/update the KHSAA Code of Ethics and make it a point of emphasis.
