I thought the Herald-Leader was tough on Brooks...

The Charleston Post and Courier on Bowden.

Bowden should step down today

I'm glad to see UK cause this problem for another coach for a change!

I'm just now getting my voice back and feel like sitting up straight. After 25 years of season tickets I have final seen the Cats win a bowl! Big Blue Nation was just that! They dominated ever place I went and engulfed the stadium!

I had the pleasure of tailgating, going to the game and going out with guys like Gerad Parker, Tommy Cook, Aaron Boone, Hopewell, Haydock etc. It was awsome to see those guys face after all they sacrificed for the program too!

That is the best I've ever seen UK's defensive backs play! To me they were the key to winning the game with their play. I never would have dreamed that KY's defense would have shut down an offense like the one Clemson has. James Davis is flat out tough! Woodson was awsome again and the Cats will be loaded with talent next year!

I ran into all kinds of people from my hometown and people I went to college with that I hadn't seen in years. It truly was a celebration all weekend long! I won a bet by doing the worm across the stage at The Wild Horse Saloon so it was free drinks for the weekend:) They had to bring out the fire extinguishers because I burnt the dance floor up!

AWSOME TIME! Congrats to the Cats and their staff! You made us all proud!

I just remembered I also somehow got down and got a picture with the MVP trophy:)

I'm glad to see Stick1 carrying on the SAE tradition!

When I first saw that play, I didn't think it was a fake - I mean, noone besides Hal Mumme would ever call a fake there, right? But then, I realized, Rich Brooks has just fooled the world!

I told a buddy somewhere Hal Mumme and Claud Bassett are at a dog track with a big smile on their face. Gutsy to say the least! They had been bringing the house all day though.

I probably saw 13 or so guys from school there.

That's awesome. I heard a rumor that Andy Douglas was leaving TNA Wrestling.

I was really suprised and impressed with Woodson's play this season. Last year was pretty rocky and I felt that this year the UK quarterback drought would only continue. Now there is a lot of room for hope in the future and Woodson I'm sure will only get better in the offseason. 31/7 is a great TD/interception ratio, and Woodson's progress really reminds me of Bryan Randall a few years ago at Virginia Tech. His career also started out very rocky for the Hokies but after Marcus Vick was putting pressure on his job he turned into one of the best QB's in the nation. I see a lot of comparison in the Randall situation to Woodson.......let's just hope for the same results. :thumb:

Seiber will be challenged by Tydlacka next year.

I'd like to see the stats from when it was 28-6, probably made UK look a little better, Clemson got lots of yards late on the last 2 scoring drives when UK dropped the aggressive D and went to a "safer" zone defense. Although it might not have been much different then, those early possession ending in 2 missed FG's, and an INT in the endzone left Clemson looking good in yardage but behind on the scoreboard.

I watched the game live then came home and when my stepdad watched it from the dvr I watched along with him. Very happy with the win, would have liked Keenan to have scored but otherwise thrilled.

Who does UK lose to graduation?, what positions will leave the biggest shoes to fill?

UK has 45 of their top 51 players that played significant minutes, coming back.

With next year's light upgrade in schedule, we will see a bit more....though their non-conference is flat awful.

As UL fans like to say about criticism of their non-con schedule.

Louisville is on there.

SEC schedule will be tough.

Great game to be at fan support was great way to go cats.

Let's take a step back and look at this for what it is.

UK is an above average football team that couldn't have gone less than 6-6 with the regular season laid out for them. They then beat a Georgia team that was in shambles at the time and and a Clemson team that could have cared less about the Music City Bowl.

Seriously, I moved down here with nothing against the football team (fans had turned me against the basketball team years ago) and would like to continue to root for them. Let's accept them as a decent football team that could potentially have a bright future with a full complement of scholarships. By all means, enjoy the win, pound some brews and have a good time but Heisman/SEC Championship talk is pure insanity at this point.

Sorry, I really hate to be that guy but listening to everybody and their brother who haven't paid attention to a college football game in years tell me about how UK is the greatest thing since sliced bread kind of wears me down.

I was at the game, and man that place was full of UK fans!!! It was great to see the amount of UK fans there! They were all fairly pumped too . It was a GREAT game and I am proud that I'm a UK football fan!
