No game beechwood could’ve played so far in the playoffs is a good prep game for Mayfield. Just like no game Mayfield has played is good prep for Beechwood. The tigers are focused on Walton, and if they make it past them this week, is when the focus will be on whoever else they play. Crazy the confidence level has switched drastically from the Mayfield fans after defeating a Murray team you guys should’ve beaten twice this year. What’s changed from the first game until now? Because you whooped up on Murray?

Just lucky, we took the same approach, the only difference is that this time we executed early and once we got up a couple of scores they saw ghost of the past then when we went boo they tucked tail and ran like they were susposed to do the first time.  Its hard to play catch up with their slowdown style of play. Kids will sometimes be kids. The kids on both sides know the history and that maybe led to Mayfield not being as focused the first time and it may have hurt Murray in the opposite way this time.  Couple that with some timely breaks and anything can happen with kids.   

If Beechwood drops this one they need to call for the entire staff to go and I would be worried the sun would not come up the next morning,

All is fun as well. Trust me. I wanted you guys to win to possibly have you guys come up this way. I just might get my wish.  Just a weird comment after seeing what was being said about the regular season loss to Murray. Seems like the tides have turned in a flash. 

Not sure this game will be worth sitting out in the 30 degree weather. Tigers by a landslide. 

 

Saw Courtney (torn ACL) had his surgery today anyone have any word on how it went? B. Moore (torn meniscus) had his last Tuesday. Heard he made it to the game Friday night via wheelchair.

The surgery went great & he’s home relaxing!  Go Tigers!!
