You really can't make this stuff up. I've seen several reports on this nonsense.

Yes.

Officials in other sports are no longer to be referred to as Zebras. Birdies, Turkeys, Albatross and other aviary terms are to be replaced with terms like Potato, Zucchini, Lima Bean or some other vegan approved term. The 46 Bear defense will now be referred to as the 46 Popcorn defense. 

Look, changing the name is stupid. That said, I'm not necessarily against calling it the "arm barn!" Kinda like that name!

At Fenway it'll be "The Ahm Bahn."

"Arm barn" sounds like a place to hold the trophies of psychopathic serial killers.  Very appropriate around Halloween.

Why not warmup area? That keeps PETA and Vegans happy and only upsets the blanket or hoodie lobby.

Fans and broadcasters alike still refer to the "Disabled List" or "DL" even though baseball changed it to the "IL" or "Injured List" what, 3 or 4 seasons ago?  I'd imagine even if they change it, it will still be the Bullpen for the remainder of the decade.
