March 21, 20215 yr It was a bad opening round for the state of Virginia as they had 5 schools in the tournament and all 5 were eliminated after the opening round.

Maybe it's cause I'm working from home because of COVID still but man I love that my week is going to start with me having basketball on all afternoon and evening.

From a competitive balance standpoint I've always thought the NCAA jumps the gun on wanting to get the tournament started. You have teams playing in their conference tournaments anywhere from 3 - 12 days prior, then they may have to fly cross country and playing by Thursday morning. I am ok with starting the tournament on Friday.
