Hopefully individuals improve by next Nov. He is Owner GM and HC. Half of this team or more won’t be here next season sadly. Jackson Clarke and Boston gone along with Sarr and Mintz. Fletcher transfers along with possibly Allen. KY and CAL are in trouble.

He immediately gets a good, open look from the wing. Misses. Boston drives on the very next possession and misses a dunk. At the under 4, we're down 10 instead of 5. I'm with MJ on this. If you want to blame recruiting, have at it. I'll even give you player development as the season has progressed, because most of these guys haven't shown marked improvement. As for this game, I'm not sure what could be done.

With that said, these players probably would be very good if they just stayed. We have gotten so use to freshman who come in and already play great. Fans have forgotten what most freshman are usually like, because we been spoiled here. If these guys would stay, most of these guys would be guys this fan base probably would eventually love, because they probably really will end up being really good. The question is if they will stay, which sadly is doubtful.

Throw in such a weak or dumb turnover by Askew and a couple by Mintz. Its so bad. These players are so bad. Idk what Cal can do in this actual game to change that outcome. I will definitely throw blame his way for putting this team together. Cause they suck as individuals and suck as a group. They are so soft and mentally weak. Coaches can change that but as soft as this group is, it takes a lot of time. We will see who sticks around.

Considering that in most years, they also would have cupcake wins mixed in. Not to mention hasn’t had the full team he expected to have healthy for one game this season. Considering that this pandemic has caused a lot of top coaches and programs to struggle. To where teams like UK, Duke, MSU, all may not even make the tournament. This year definitely would be the exception rather than the rule under Cal. With that said, this year sucks and better never happen again at UK no matter what the circumstances are.
February 7, 20215 yr How has no one at ESPN told Vitale how to say Sarr after the number of UK games he has had this year? Okay, back to pitchforking Calipari.

February 7, 20215 yr Anyone feel like Allen stands and watches a lot on offense? Unless its the play they specifically run for him when he runs between the two bigs that close a gap between them and he gets a wing three. He missed it tonight but made it on that play a couple times this year. I feel like he could benefit from watching some of the best shooters over the years that move so well without the ball.

Cal's biggest detriment this year has been player development. I refuse to believe that Boston is a 12 ppg scorer. He's not consistently improved, and he's the type of guy Cal has been adept at developing. That's a problem. I do agree with whoever said that a lot of these guys will be gone. Boston, Clarke, Sarr, & Mintz. Very likely Jackson too. In other words, I'm not hopeful for next season.
