Louisville Holy Cross in 2020 will bring a strong running game to the table and a quarterback who has completed over 50% of his passes.Newport Central Catholic also brings a pretty solid rushing attack and solid passing game.

I'm picking NCC but this game could go either way. Of the teams 2 common opponents NCC beat Walton Verona easily 1st game of season HC lost to WV by a couple TDs at end of the season. HC beat Holms 1st game of season and NCC lost to Holmes and looked bad last game of season. I don't think either of those games tell us much about this match up though.

I think I read where HC  QB Geraghty ran the ball 37or so times vs. Bethlehem.    NCC might want to focus on stopping him.

Holy Cross is very good; Coach Eric Dick has done a nice job with this bunch.

Chaz Geraghty is a really nice high school QB. Has over 1,000 yards rushing and 1,000 yards passing on the season.

HC also set up pretty good for the future with some good young players!

I’m going with NCC I just think their defense is a little better and I think that will be the difference.
