I see Buddy still only plays 7 people and those 2 subs play sparingly,I thought this was a big Mistake when he was at PC and its showing for them now.Mason also won the JV game by 23 i believe.Congrats Royals and now on to JBS.:thumb:

So in one sentence you're critical of using only seven guys, and in the next sentence you point out the other guys were beaten by 23 in the JV game?

If a team's JV loses by 20, I'd doubt any coach would be excited about putting them in to play against the other team's varsity 30 minutes later.

Its a tough transition going from a 10 year or more run of gritty 50-point games to a run and gun team that shoots for the 70's. E]

Why is it tough? Were these kids playing 10 or more years ago?

Listen up. Mason would kill anybody in this region. I'm not going to base my opinion of Ashland's season on this game. They will be right there at the end of the season. However, I think many schools in the region are no longer letting the name on the jersey beat them.

Actually, a very valid point. To "run and gun", you must first have bullets in your guns. At this time, Ashland doesn't have a lot of ammunition and, from the JV score and similar information concerning the level of talent down through the system, it may be a while. Ashlanders will need patience.

Ashland should recover with Lewis County and the relatively undistinguished field in the Country Music Highway Classic coming up next. However, the AIT looks to have some good teams in it.

I think there will be a few teams that will have a say so in this one but Ashland won't be one of them.

Seriously, is GIAT ok? I'm beginning to worry about him.

I'd bet he's preoccupied at the store lining up his B.Webb paraphernalia for autographs due to his upcoming appearance.

If people think Mason only has Miller then they have not seen them play. In the 10th we know they are alot more than Miller. Scott and Middleton can light you up any time. I look for them to make a great run in the 5/3..great teams in the tourney , but I pick them to win it all. GRC will still be without Jones and Stenzel.

This thread has nothing to do with GRC and Jones and Stenzel, so really no justification is needed.

I was just stating what many in the 10th already knew ,Coach Biggs as biggest downfall was he wont play his bench .He wouldnt do it at PC and it looks as if hes not doing it now.Thats it.:thumb:

What?????

Huh???

Seriously, is GIAT ok? I'm beginning to worry about him.

He's either taking a really good vacation or he's just being an observer, for now.

Huh???

How's that?

If they lose to Lewis Co, he might cancel his membership.
