Best Will Ferrell Movie

During this time I’ve been rewatching all my favorite Will Ferrell movies. What is your favorite Ferrell movie?

It’s a tough choice between Anchorman and Step Brothers for me, but I’ll go Anchorman. Just so many quotable moments in both those movies.

Best movie including Will Ferrell in the cast: Old School. (Stranger Than Fiction is a somewhat close second place.)

 

Best movie as a Will Ferrell vehicle: Talladega Nights.

Most of his movies are crap.

 

I'd probably take Old School. Not sure it's a Will Ferrell movie since he isn't the lead.

 

So if that doesn't count, I'll go with Everything Must Go.

I absolutely love Will Ferrell, so this is a tough one for me.

 

I think my Top 2 are Anchorman and Step Brothers. Daddy's Home is pretty funny too, but in a different way than Anchorman or Step Brothers.

Tough question. I will admit that it took me a while to warm up to Ferrell, but I've come to appreciate him.

 

I vote for The Campaign. I will never forget I was watching the movie on an airplane flight to Washington and the scene came on when he punched the baby. I couldn't stop laughing.

 

I also like Get Hard, though it doesn't get much appreciation.

 

Shout out to Elf as well, which is his highest grossing movie (not counting LEGO).

I watched the first 10 minutes before hitting record and I knew I was in. I didn't realize the intro he did at an NBA game a few years back originated from that movie.
