Up until Romamania started running wild I was hoping to see him in a Boys uniform but now I am thinking Dallas could use M-Bush a lot more.

He should call Matt Leinhart.

 

So that he could tell him about all the easy courses he took? So he could tell him what its like to play for a national championship? So he could tell him what a Heisman trophy win is like (granted, won during the junior year)? So he could tell him what its like to get drafted to a team that wants him, not necessarily a team that needs him? So he could start in his rookie season? So he could have people clamoring about how good he'll be over his career?

 

I think if Mr. Brohm calls Matt Leinart, Leinart might tell him to give Louisville another year.

I think he will declare for the draft.

I just think he doesn't have anything else to prove at UL.

If he has to go to Detroit, he should think long and hard about coming out early. I've been living up here all of this fall and would hate to see a young man with his capabilities get stuck in this situation. This is as bad or worse as the Bengals of the '90's. The management and coaching staff is never on the same page. The city bad-mouths them constantly. Detroit is now a baseball and hockey town. I would really hate to see Mr. Brohm have to deal with this situation.

I just think he doesn't have anything else to prove at UL.

Money's not an issue with Brohm and his family like it is for a lot of other players who go for the draft. Don't get me wrong, it's surely tantalizing, but I think he'll stay with the Cards, otherwise he'll have the "what if???" in the back of his mind. You could say the same thing about the draft, but oh no, he'll be getting paid only a couple of million a year instead of a couple more million a year. A lot of money is a lot of money... and it doesn't buy happiness.

I have news for you. Detriot has ALWAYS been a baseball and hockey town. People just tolerated the Lions when they were good. If I had to rank them:

 

1A - University of Michigan football

1B - Red Wings

2 - Tigers

3 - Pistons

4 - MSU football

5- MSU basketball

6 - UM hockey

7 - And then, maybe, maybe the Lions..........and that's pushing it:lol:

As far as Brohm goes, I'd have a hard time passing up millions of dollars to come back and essentially prove nothing. If the NFL feels he is worth of a top 5-10 pick, he's made his case, and who am I to tell him he shouldn't leave. I certainly know what I'd do.

Aren't they Big East champions?If you're thinking national champions then he might as well go to the NFL cause that is only a dream for the Cards.:thumb:

I don't think there is any way that he would stay at U of L if he is projected in the top 10. I also agree with comment of "who says the Raiders dont need a QB?" There offense for a lack of a better word is horrible....
