December 8, 20196 yr Three thoughts: Buckeyes were impressive that second half. Coan got drilled on the final play. OSU v Clemson should be fun.
December 8, 20196 yr Wisconsin would be -17 vs. Georgia. Georgia is garbage. Man, I think OSU is really good but the SEC top tier blows the doors off the Big Ten top tier. Wisconsin and Michigan are garbage from 3 weeks ago if Georgia is garbage.
December 8, 20196 yr Post #4. They took that into account to get first rankings, now it's on a week by week basis...or it has been in the past. I know why you are praying to your Buckeye Gods tonight that you stay #1, you don't want to face Clemson. :lol2:
December 8, 20196 yr No, you’re not an SEC homer...what time did Bama and Florida play today? What time did PSU and Michigan play today?

December 8, 20196 yr That fact is a little inconvenient for ya huh lol? What? Nothing inconvenient for me. Ohio State was behind LSU until last week. They passed them based on ladt weeks game, not the entire season. Now LSU looked better today and should pass them if the committee stays consistent.
December 8, 20196 yr I’m sorry but Wisconsin is weak for a conf. Championship team. Really good running game but QB was not a championship caliber dude. OSU should shut that stuff up way better than that if they want to say they are number one in the land. They will drop to #2 for sure.
December 8, 20196 yr But last week OSU jumped LSU, this week LSU looked better and should jump them back. Actually OSU jumped LSU after the Penn State Game (when LSU played Arkansas). So, they were a margin ahead at that time. Then, you'd have to say that margin did nothing but grow when OSU beat Michigan (when LSU played A&M). Which brings you to this week. Yes, LSU beat #4...but OSU beat #8, so it wasn't like they played a nobody.

December 8, 20196 yr Ohio State has won 15 straight games vs a ranked opponent. That’s pretty impressive. It is impressive until you consider they suffered blow out losses to unranked teams that barely finished 500 two out of the last three years. So it all depends how you look at it lol

Anyone who watched that game saw that Michigan hurt themselves more than the other way around. I think LSU will end up being number one tomorrow.

December 8, 20196 yr In the end, they won by nearly 30 in the Big House. You’re arguing with people that truly hate OSU. I know in 2019 the word hate has lost meaning, but it’s intense with the anti OSU people on here.
